Shipping
Seasonal Shipping
We offer complimentary storage from May through September as we do not ship via Ground outside of the Bay Area due to hot temperatures. Air shipping is available during this period and ice packs are added upon request or when temperatures exceed 90 degrees on the transit route and in the destination. Wines held in storage during the Summer will be shipped when weather conditions allow and our team will contact you to coordinate shipment. During cold months, we will assess conditions and place wines in complimentary storage to ensure wine arrives safely and in pristine condition. If you live in a state affected by extreme temperatures, we will contact you directly to discuss your shipment options. We cannot be liable for any damage to wines shipped during unfavorable weather conditions.
Returns
You can cancel your order within 30 days of the order being placed.
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Wines that do not coincide with personal tastes
- Wines that have been adversely affected by customer storage
- Wines that have been otherwise damaged due to any other adverse condition occurring while the wines were in your care.
- Wines that were sent to the incorrect address due to the customer inputting the wrong address or failing to submit a redirect with our team while the package was en route.
If your wine has been damaged during transit, please contact our team to discuss your options.
If your wine is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts, our team will contact you to discuss your options, including reshipping the package or reshelving the wines if they are in good condition.
