Our longstanding support of this wine we helped introduce to the world in the early days of ACME in our Under The Radar Club, has us at the forefront of their tiny, direct-from-the-winery list of hand-delivered accounts!  We celebrate the Pelissa/Hoxsey Family and their 5th generation family-owned and operated certified organic business.  They sell their impeccably farmed fruit to many of the neighboring wineries and keep the very best for themselves. With ACME's 22nd Anniversary today, we can't think of a better "OG" Oakville Cab to highlight!

100% of the fruit comes from the incredible Rock Cairn Estate Vineyard, located across the street from the Vine Hill Ranch and Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyards in the southwest corner of the Oakville appellation.  This Cabernet always punches well above its weight class.  If you've been to Napa, you have no doubt driven past the gnarled, head-trained vines.  So many of our winemaker friends dream they had the opportunity to make wine from this site, which is known amongst tourists as the mustard flower photo-op spot just past Yountville and across the street from Brix and Mustards.

As always, this wine is fruit-driven and bold with silky soft tannins.  Its juicy boysenberry and aromatic fruit notes mingle with hints of cocoa and vanilla that integrate harmoniously, creating a perfect balance.
