Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that is hand-selected from blocks throughout To Kalon Vineyard, the 2021 Highest Beauty exhibits classic Cabernet Sauvignon character with great richness and depth. Cherry, black raspberry, and bramble captivate the nose and are complemented by notes of chocolate shavings and cedar. Flavors of black licorice, tobacco, and cocoa nib are wrapped by subtle toasted spice. Aged for 20 months in 100% new French oak, the wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
