That's what I felt when we sat down with Christopher Strieter, one of the three founders of Senses.

Made by the illustrious Thomas Rivers Brown, this Chardonnay will take full command of your senses and bring you solely into the moment. This is not a white wine you want to ice down. Instead, enjoy it at room temperature to engage all that the palate has to offer—gregarious notes of apricot preserves, green mango, crème brulée, cashews, and brioche. The texture is satiny and mouth-coating, with a finish that shows impressive length and vivacity. Our initial thought after the first glass? WHAT A WINE!
