Outpost Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain 2018

We are proud to announce our small allocation from one of the BEST Howell Mountain Cabernet GIANTS.  "Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet-purple color, delivering slightly subdued notions of warm cassis, plum preserves, crushed rocks, tar, and sautéed herbs, giving way to earthy notes of damp soil and tree bark. The medium to full-bodied palate has good concentration and weight as well as nice ripe tannins, only in the mid-palate and on the finish, it reveals a niggling charred character with an acrid ashtray-like note and firm grip on the finish, marring this otherwise beautiful wine."
