Business Briefs: Acme Fine Wines relocates to new space

After outgrowing their former space on Adams Street, Acme Fine Wines reopened last week at 1080 Fulton Lane in St. Helena. In the past year, business partners Karen Williams and David Stevens have tripled their space and hired two wine-savvy professionals, Tony Leonardini and Erin Sullivan, to join the ACME team.
The store’s unique space was designed by interior architect, Michael Roche.
Williams and Stevens are known for their innovative approach to the wine retail business and their excellent relationships with Napa Valley’s revered winemakers and vintners.
Williams said, “Over the past five years David and I have regularly tossed around ideas about what new, innovative services we could and should offer our clients: services like personal storage lockers that we manage ourselves, winemaker tastings, and wine clubs -- from high-end to do-it-yourself. With the opening of our new location, we will be able to deliver these progressive services. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and with our new retail space, we will raise our own bar to continue to excel at this.”
Acme Fine Wines opened its doors in April 2003.
